I noticed a while back in my graphics settings for EVE, in the Display Adapter section it lists 2 adapters, ATI Radeon HD 4870 x2 1, and ATI Radeon HD 4870 x2 2.

I run several accounts over 2 monitors from the 1 PC, and I was just wondering if I switched the display adapter to #2 on one of the accounts, if it would improve anything compared to running everything via the #1 adapter.

First multiple GPU card I've owned, so not quite sure how they work, etc etc.

The two GPUs on that card run in crossfire I believe essentially making them one card so no, I doubt it'll make a difference. Certainly doesn't with my geforce 295 at any rate. Would possibly make a difference if you can disable crossfire in the drivers, meaning each gpu is operating separately. Not tried that on mine I must confess.

Chances are, if you have a PC worthy of the card, you'll not see any difference either way.
