Should I go Marksman ArP?

I am back after a break from Wow. I've been playing for a week now. For some time now i have been hearing and reading about MM > SV when you have some arp. Now it seems MM>SV for real. Well, i've read some posts on the forums like MM PvE Raiding guide for 3.3 and the google hits i get.

Still i have some questions and i was hoping that someone could expain them to me: It is stated that agility > ArP, why does MM goes with ArP gems? Is my current gear good enough to go MM? I believe that i got the right amount of ArP(345) to ignore Arcane Shot (gearwise). Do i need the trinket with arp rating? When i go mm with 345 ArP should I replace all agil gems with arp?

Should I go with this spec?

2	Just put your armory into http://femaledwarf.com and it suggests you what spec and gems you should use, if it is good to go for ArP (only if you aim for 100% arp) or maybe stay sv. Answered f-a-b 106 ●2 Edited erazor 43 ●5

Check this excellent post for an in-depth explantion. The short version is:

Don't bother with Marksman Armor Pen if you can't reach 650+ Armor Pen through your current gear + some gems
Movement heavy fights reduce the value of ArP, especially if you don’t scoot your boot properly
