Everyone knows how it feels to get stuck in a bubble after a jump ... What's the best way to handle this situation and escape the kill?

Thrust + MWD for more speed + cloaking (ideally almost simultaneously using the keyboard)? Or is the increased signature + the time it takes just as deadly? Until now I've just cloaked the ship but the resulting slow-down always made me an easy kill most of the time.

I just don't have enough ISK right now to conduct more tests. How do you handle this? Is it advisable to change the direction on your excape route?

Stay cool, remember you have 30 seconds to make a decision. Staying cloaked for longer period of time may give the enemy the impression that he deals with something heavy.

  • Once again: don't panic
  • zoom out and check the tactical situation
  • determine the shortest way out of the bubble
  • is there a spot that I can warp to without turning 180° (planis/belts/moons/gates)?
  • Align + MWD + cloak
  • Change your direction by 90 degree after one or two seconds
  • After you've made it out of the bubble don't immediately decloak and warp! Just stay cloaked until you've reached a distance of 80
